"During my two terms as the Minister of Immigration and Regional Promotion, the MDA has performed the task of greeting nations to the DSA, so I think they should take over that job in the charter since they are already doing it in practice. So the only the thing that will be changed by this amendment is the fact that the MDA will be the official DSA greeter in the charter as well as in reality. I have already asked about this clause in the cabinet meetings, and although this is definitely not a pressing matter, I propose to eliminate the second line of Section VII, Clause I. I also think that the Clause I of Section VIII should involve greeting as one of the responsibilities of the MDA."
