"Establishing that Article II, Section 2, Subsection 2.2.5 establishes and enumerates the powers of the World Assembly Delegate; Recognizing the ratification of the Charter of the Interregional Legislative Coalition by the Congress of the Democratic Socialist Assembly; Further recognizing that with this new obligation the necessity of specializing the DSA’s affairs in the World Assembly; Imploring the Congress to establish a new Department for the purpose of fulfilling these obligations and related tasks;" The following is inserted as Sub. XIII of Art. II, Sec. II:
Subsection 2.2.13 The Director of World Assembly Affairs
Clause I. The Director of World Assembly Affairs shall be appointed by and serve at the discretion of the World Assembly Delegate.
Clause II. The Director of World Assembly Affairs shall be considered in all cases the immediate deputy of the World Assembly Delegate.
Clause III. The Director of World Assembly Affairs shall be responsible for recording each vote of the World Assembly Delegate and the regional vote total on resolutions in the World Assembly. In addition, the Director shall be responsible for recording approvals of proposals by the World Assembly Delegate.
Clause IV. The Director of World Assembly Affairs shall execute the functions of all other World Assembly affairs associated with the DSA at the discretion of the World Assembly Delegate.
