Cl. V of Art. II, Sec. I, Sub. II is repealed:
Clause V. A NationStates Player wishing to obtain Membership in Congress is considered ineligible for Membership if the aforementioned Player simultaneously holds a Regional Officer position in any non-embassy region(s). Additionally, the Player is ineligible if they concurrently hold any position in said region(s) resembling that of a Cabinet position or Administrator as defined by this Charter.
