Acknowledging the passage of DSAC Resolution #2, which bans the possession of chemical and biological weapons among member nations

Recognizing that the nation of Wileyshire currently possesses chemical and biological weapons

Horrified by the occurrence of Z-Day, of which was caused by Wilian biological and chemical weapons interacting with the viruses on the meteorite that landed in Wileyshire.

Distraught at the multiple attempts to have Wileyshire begin to dismantle their weapons that result in either their refusal, denial, or disregarding of international pressure

Mindful that, if one nation is allowed to ignore DSAc Resolution #2, other countries may attempt to do so as well

Good morning to the delegations of the many nations of the Democratic Socialist Assembly. I am Bobby Teller, the Syndicate-Chair of the Union of National Defense of Wileyshire.

The free people of these great lands of Wileyshire as well as Wilean unionists beyond the borders as defined by the capitalist and socialist states will not take kindly to any condemnation - and especially any sanctions against them for no reason other than the fact that some of our people have decided to defend ourselves with weapons that move beyond more conventional means.

Beyond this, the evidence for the existence of such weapons is limited to the allegations of Student Loan Debt's corrupt, imperialistic government! People sit idly by around the Democratic Socialist Assembly bickering about how to punish the Free Syndicates of Wileyshire over supposed research, development and production of various goods while Syvis sits in ruins! Split by many of the terrible powers from around the globe! In fact, small portions of their poor nation were just so recently released from the grasps of an imperialist power with the demise of the Roshemi empire and seem to be quickly be getting swallowed up by another. Their wish for a bright new revolution shines bright. Many of these poor workers and impoverished folks in the economically bastardized East Syvis and the brutally dominated and damned West Syvis carry the Wilean union card. They have a longing, a lust, a need for change within their own system. And so do so many other damned and poor folks from around your so-called socialist and capitalist utopias.

The evidence is wide spread! You all sideline important debate and needs within the oppressed classes of your own nations for the benefit of the master classes within your vast nations whether they be bureaucratic leader-classes or rich, fat cat industrialists and tech giant robber barons. When Syvis needed a helping hand and the yoke of resurgence was ready to break free post-war, what happened? The were instead trounced upon and gobbled up, left a poor husk of a puppet state in our southern hemisphere who is now on the verge of their own collapse, their land to be quickly gobbled up by the occupying and neighboring nations, no doubt. Student Loan Debt themselves have deemed themselves the keepers of the straight, advancing their own people in and around the straight for seemingly no good. They choke the capital with their misdeeds. They choke it with their lust for power and wealth, their wrath as the condemn and damn nations such as Syvis or Wileyshire.

If the world will stay silent for atrocities such as those committed against the Syvian population and the growth of nations such as Student Loan Debt or West Bengalis for no reason other than imperial desires, only to cry fowl at a nation who's citizens choose to voluntarily keep weapons that may deter a state from claiming their own land, then perhaps the Wilean people should retaliate. Let me be clear. Wileans are not the bad guys here. Do not threaten the sovereignty of the Wilean people. Do not threaten to take away our power to protect ourselves. Do not threaten the oppressed of this land as you, Student Loan Debt, and many other nations of this great region have done. Continuation of these proceedings or any action against Wileyshire in the realm of direct force against our people or in the form of sanctions against us may be met with force. Let us give a reminder: We are not a state. No action or recommendation of a government or international body has power over us. We are the people of Wileyshire and we will not be bullied. Consider this as much of a warning as I can urge to you. Us Wileans are nervous with this international focus, but we are not scared. When provoked, the people of Wileyshire will fight. Syvian-Wileans in particular are very ready to fight their oppressors in the region.

We do not want this fight. We want peace. We request peace. We will not beg for it, however. Please do not force us to shed blood by further shedding our own - primarily in Syvis. Thank you all for your time in listening. Solidarity forever, comrades. May we remain at peace.

This condemnation of the Wileyshire governments is due to their negligent actions of not adhering to international law. You say your people are defending themselves with "weapons that move beyond more conventional means", weapons that are no more than tools designed to massacre large groups of civilians. This condemnation also comes after the infamous Z-Day, of which was caused in part by your very weapons of mass destruction existing. If had adhered to the democratically instated international law, perhaps the billions of people directly affected by the virus could have been spared such hardships. This gross negligence of international law and total disregard for the safety of life is unacceptable.

The Wilian governments attempt to hide behind the actions of other nations, as if this would make nations believe that Wileyshire has not repeatedly broken international law. Regardless of the actions taken by foreign powers, Wileyshire is still on trial over their possession of chemical and biological weapons. May this democratic council of nations strike true with their vote and condemn these disingenuous governments.
