An Act to Protect the Environment and Lands of Suceavalgid Located At Our Southern Pole.
Be it enacted by the Congress of the Democratic Socialist Assembly,
Title. Short Title and commencement
(1) This Act may be cited as the "Connolly Environmental Protection Act", "Connolly Protection Act", "Connolly Act", or "Suceavijan Continent Act".
(2) This Act shall come into force upon approval by the Congress.
Chapter I. Purposes and Criteria
(1) The purposes of this Act are:
(i) Preserving the environment of the Suceavija Continent
(ii) Restricting any and all political or economic claims to the continent
(iii) Allowing the creation of research stations for the studying of the continent
(iv) Expanding the story and rules of the Role Playing community.
(v) Preventing future Directors of Cartography from allowing claims to be made on the continent.
(2) Special reasons for restricting political and economic claims:
(i) To prevent the development of the region and the destruction of the environment and displacement of native animals
(ii) To prevent the pollution of the environment, whether intentional or unintentional
Chapter II. Enforcement
(1) Any nation that attempts to claim the lands will have their claim dismissed.
(2) Any Minister of Role Play or Director of Cartography who attempts to place a claim of the continent may be reprimanded for going against this legislation.
(i) Continued attempts at placing a claim of the continent may result in the offender being charged with the continued violation and impeached.
(3) Attempts to claim the continent will be met with the denouncement of the nation and be ordered to retract their claim. Any further attempts at punishment shall be left to individual nations of the Democratic Socialist Assembly to decide.
