Announcement from the Ministry of Justice:

For attempting to fraudulently gain credibility in the World Assembly by acting as if they were speaking on behalf of the region,
For implying that their resolution represents the will of the DSA, making the whole of the region accountable for their proposal and thus endangering our regional reputation.

The Ministry of Justice recommends the impeachment of Lesliei


It is totally allowed for any Member of Congress to submit WA proposals, but doing so while claiming to represent the region would require congressional discussion as opposed to unilateral assertion.

Many members of Congress were frustrated that you attempted to propose a WA proposal that implied you spoke on behalf of the entire region. Many also though that the proposal was very lacking and didn’t present a valid argument.

It still isn't something that I feel would be breaking any law and was likely an in-the-heat-of-the-moment overreaction in my opinion. I'd have to know more about the specifics, as I hadn't seen the actual proposal. That said, Lesliei has sadly left the DSA. Sorry to see you go.

Due to the time that has passed since the recommendation, everything that happened as well as Lesliei having left the region since this happened, the case is considered null and void and will be closed without a ruling.
