Subsection 2.1.3 - Rights, Privileges, and Responsibilities of Members
1. A Member of Congress in good standing has the right to accept as many
nominations for Cabinet positions as it wishes during any given term.
However, the nominated Member of Congress may only accept one Cabinet
position during any given term unless a No-Candidate Election occurs.

No-Candidate Election - An special election that allows a Cabinet Member to be elected to more than one Ministry position
Chapter III: Rules and Procedures Amendments
I - The bold text shall be added to the Rules and Procedures legislation
Subsection 1.2.4 - No-Candidate Election
1. A No-Candidate Election shall be held for any position in the Cabinet
if said position has no one elected to it after a General Election as well as if said position has no one elected to it after a special election is held.
2. No-Candidate Elections shall consist of a four (4) day nomination period followed by a four
(4) day voting period.
3. No-Candidate Elections shall commence within seven (7) days of the occurrence of the previous special election
