Through my country's stats and/or trade deals My country has higher arms manufacturing than yours, so our troops would be more equipped in terms of weapons. Through trade deals, my country has higher automobile manufacturing, so our troops will have better vehicles. My country has higher IT industry, so better tech Through trade deals, we are about equal in mining, so both of our troops will have equal resources. Through trade deals, my country has higher manufacturing, so our troops will have faster and better transformation of raw resources into useful resources. We are about equal in food, so both of our troops are equally well fed. My military budget is about twice the size of yours. My scientific advancement is twice as much as yours.
With these advantages, at face value, I would say that I have the advantage.
My forces retreat north. We must protect our capital. We set up land mines all around the capital. Also, we station the rest of our military here. We station 400 tanks, 701 protected fighting vehicles, and 2 elderly women with sandals. We send 20 more destroyers into our bay., as well as 40 close air support and 5 commercial airliners.

We advance. We send the 600 of our tanks, 100 strat bombers and 100 Air Superiority Fighters. Also, I believe my naval forces should have arrived by now. So I guess do 2 dice rolls; one for the capital fight and one for the naval fight.
I rolled an 18. Add 1 since it’s my territory and it’s 19. This is for the capital fight. We blow up so much shit. Land mines decimate your tanks. The two elderly women throw their sandals into the air and hit your planes. The sky turns into a firework show of explosions and metal debris.
I roll 11. My forces seem better, so I’ll add two for that and territory advantage. So 13. The destroyers and submarines do good damage. Air support blows up quite a bit of your forces. The commercial airliners crash into your boats, but one mysteriously crashes in a field in Pennsylvania.
Only if you give us exclusive rights to your basket weaving and cheese industries. We also want Ryan Pomerantz computer. We don’t care for the government documents. We just want to look at his browser history.

We had to hold Pomerantz back from slamming the nuke button, but we'll agree. In exchange for exclusive rights to our basket weaving and cheese industry, as well as Pomerantz's computer, you will give us the terrorists.
