The following is inserted as Cl. II and III of Art. III, Sec. IX - Regional Holidays:
Clause II. The Congress of the Democratic Socialist Assembly hereby establishes 8. April as 'Democratic Socialist Assembly Day' to commemorate the brave and principled founding of our region by Opalaland and Bazlantis on this day in 2011.
Clause III. The Congress of the Democratic Socialist Assembly hereby establishes [DATE UNKNOWN] as 'Union of Democratic Leftist Regions Day' to commemorate the co-establishment by the DSA of this unifying organization for Democratic Socialist and Social Liberal Communities along side The Democratic Socialist Alliance and the Social Liberal Union.
