The following is inserted as Cl. I.b of Art. I, Sec. I, with the previous Cl. I re-titled Cl. I.a:
Clause I.b. Furthermore, member nations must have and uphold a minimum level of Civil Rights and Political Freedoms, both rating at least 'Good'. Falling below a Civil Rights and/or Political Freedoms rating of 'Good', will have the same consequences as entering one of the prohibited World Assembly categories, which are described in Clause I.a. of this Section.
