An Act to establish the Featured Five
Be it enacted by the Congress of the Democratic Socialist Assembly:
Chapter 1: General Provisions
1. This Act may be cited as the Featured Nations Act 2015.
2. This Act shall come into force upon its passage.
Chapter 2: Featured Nations
1. The Minister of Domestic Affairs shall, each week, select five (5) Residents to be featured on the World Factbook Entry.
2. If the Minister of Domestic Affairs has the Administrative Privileges to do so, the Minister of Domestic Affairs shall showcase those Residents in the World Factbook Entry and the Featured Nations topic in the forum. Otherwise, the President of Congress shall do so on the recommendation of the Minister of Domestic Affairs.
3. The Minister of Domestic Affairs shall have the authority to determine the criteria for featuring Residents in the World Factbook Entry, and they are encouraged to showcase Residents that have little or no presence in the Regional Message Board and Forum over those that do.
