The following is inserted as Cl. VI of Art. II, Sec. II therefore pushing the previous Cl. VI to Cl. VII of the same Article and Section:
Clause VI. Acknowledging the WA Delegate as the democratically elected representative of the member states of the DSA, the WA Delegate shall enjoy access to Regional Control and the Administration page of the DSA Civil Headquarters. This function may only be removed from the Delegate by the Founder in cases of a raiding or invasion from a hostile foreign region or impeachment of the Delegate by the Congress, as specified under Article II, Section I, Clause III.
