Chapter I: General Provisions
1. This act maybe cited as the Legislative Streamlining Act or the LSA.
2. This act shall come into force upon its passage.
Chapter II: The Legislative Streamlining Act
1. In the Congressional Rules and Procedures, Subsection 2.2.1.2
Shall be changed to
Once a bill has been submitted to the regional forum, the proposal may move to the floor for a scrutiny period of at least seven (7) days for charter amendments and four (4) days for all other non-amendment legislative proposals.
Once a proposal has been posted on the region’s forum, it will move to a viewing and discussion period of three (3) days
2. In the Congressional Rules and Procedures, Subsection 2.3.1
Shall be changed to
1. Following the period of scrutiny, proposals shall then be voted on by the Congress of the Assembly.
2. Legislative Proposals shall be voted on for four (4) days.
4. Charter Amendments shall be voted on for seven (7) days.

Any violations of the ballot security procedures outlined above will result in the reference of the offender in question to the Minister of Justice to be prosecuted in accordance with Section 4.1 of the Charter, “Disciplinary Measures”.
Any violations of the ballot security procedures outlined above shall be considered Extraordinary Misconduct and be punished in accordance with Section 4.1 of the Charter, “Disciplinary Measures”.
