As I stated before, it does nothing to rectify the conflict of power between Congress and the Cabinet. No matter your stance on this issue, the fact that this potential is left blank is highly problematic, and must be addressed.
Upon the authority of the Stonerose Throne, servant to the people.
I do too. I would ask voters to go against if the high judge says so.
I am personally voting against but that is a dangerous sentiment Gallo. The High Judge isn't correct on legislation by definition and believing an authority *blindly* on anything is dangerous. Mauve is speaking here as a Member of Congress and while he raises a good point imo that doesn't mean you should agree with him on the base of him being High Judge.
Secretary-General - 1st Council President & WAD - 33rd, 34th and 35th Cabinet Minister of Foreign Affairs - 32nd Cabinet Minister of Domestic Affairs - 30th and 31st Cabinet Minister of Immigration and Regional Promotion (Defunct) - 28th Cabinet
I heavily agree with the concept, but this power should be given exclusively to congress to prevent future conflict. Though I do think this is an improvement on Dekks legislation in making the votes equivalent, it should still take embassy power from the cabinet.
