Moving forward I will likely expand the league to more teams, but for the time being I'm holding/restricting it to one school+team per nation.

Season 1 recruiting ratings: 

1. University of Wileyshire - 94/100
The University of Wileyshire's recruiting class won out and won out favorably for the first season of the DSA CFL. They're the clear favorite to win the league this year in our admittedly biased book.
2. Eril ohn Y'anirat - 61/100
Shocking considering the nation's complete lack of knowledge with ever the basic concepts of football, Eril ohn Y'anirat ranked a distant second in the recruiting rankings. They're expected to compete for second place along side the next competitor. 
3. Nia's Port Capital University - 57/100
Nia's Port Capital University ranked third, scoring a rating very similar to Eril ohn Y'anirat. It'll be very interesting watching the two schools compete.
4. Shozhi State University - 39/100
Shozhi state was the next on the rating's list with a 39. While not expected to, they could score some upsets and possibly flip the league. Don't take your eyes off them, they'll spoil your season when you least expect it. 
5. Vuinia Royal University - 25/100
Scoring shy of last, Vuinia Royal University rated in at a 25 for a rather poor showing. Not much is expected from them, but they certainly hope to be able to possibly upset some higher ranked teams and hopefully compete well against SNU.
6. Serene National University - 19/100
As the basement dweller of this year's recruiting ratings, you'll find Serene National University. Their odds of winning aren't much worse than VRU's however and you may see fun matchups between them as well as SSU. It'll be a fun season to watch!

2-Game Rankings

Every team has 2 games played! It's time for the season's first rankings! We'll dump them below with a brief explanation of how they received their current rank. 

#1 Nia's Port Capital University, Niasport 
To top us off is the only remaining undefeated team, leaving us with an obvious #1.

#2 Shozhi State University, Bhexa
#2 through #5 are tougher to differentiate, all teams holding a 1-1 record for now. We have to look at who they played to rank them. SSU beat UW, a team who beat the winless EoY, and lost to the undefeated NCU, same as SNU. So #2 and #3 are very close and we're left to looking at the quality of wins or pre-season recruitment rankings to determine position, and either way you look at it, they were higher ranked by a notable margin with recruiting, and completely blew UW out of the water 41-13, something that SNU's 23-13 defeat of VRU couldn't hold a candle to! They receive the #2 position for this.

#3 Serene National University, Balkvla Islands
As described above, SNU clearly differentiates themselves above UW and VRU as far as this ranking is concerned, but between recruitment and quality of wins, they narrowly lose out, taking the #3 ranking.

#4 Vuinia Royal University, Veyoris
Originally expected to be #5 when these rankings were put together thanks to their recruitment rankings, VRU actually finds themselves at #4 after consideration of strength of wins and losses compared to UW. They fought well for their position. 

#5 University of Wileyshire, Wileyshire
UW had high hopes coming into the season and their staff clearly expected to be 2-0 and taking #1 easily at the time of these rankings, but fate had different plans. Instead they won a close game over last place EoY, originally thought impressive, but having since learned it may not be so. They followed that up with a blowout loss to SSU to drop them to #5, despite their impressive recruiting ranking. 

#6 Eril ohn Y'anirat, Kathina Dakani
EoY has had something of a perplexing first two games, losing to UW in what was anticipated by most analysts, but then followed up with an upset loss to VRU. As the only remaining winless team, they confidently hold #6.

3-Game Rankings



Every team has 3 games played! It's time for the season's second rankings! We'll dump them below with a brief explanation of how they received their current rank.



#1 Nia's Port Capital University (3-0), Niasport

To top us off is still the only remaining undefeated team, leaving us with an obvious #1.



#2 Shozhi State University (2-1), Bhexa

Of the two 2-1 teams, SSU has shown themselves to outpace VRU with a win over SNU while VRU's loss is to them, while their only loss is to #1 NCU. 


#3 Vuinia Royal University (2-1), Veyoris
As described above, VRU simply failed to keep pace with SSU and as such climbs to #3, but no further.. 

#4 
Serene National University (1-2), Balkvla Islands

To make it quick and possibly a little too oversimplified: SNU has beaten VRU, UW has beaten EoY.

#5 University of Wileyshire (1-2), Wileyshire

UW's only saving grace in the moment is the existence of EoY. 

#6 Eril ohn Y'anirat (0-3), Kathina Dakani

...and as either a fan of UW or EoY, one might ask if the recruitment rankings were rigged.
