Special Election for Foreign Affairs and Role Play

This Thread will serve as the place to nominate Members of Congress for the 4th Council elections in the remaining Council posistions. Nominations will last 4 days, concluding on July 28th, followed by a vote on the same day also lasting 4 days. You can nominate yourself or another Member of Congress by posting to this thread.
As this is a special election after a general election, that qualifies this election as a No-Candidate Election. As such, Councilors (and those currently being voted on) may run for these posistions and take on more than one Ministry.
