An Act to correct a double-negative included in the Ballot Security Act
Be it enacted by the Congress of the Democratic Socialist Assembly:
Chapter I - General Provisions I - This Act may be cited as the “Ballot Security Amendment (Correction) Act.” II - This Act shall come into force upon its passage.
Chapter II - Amendment to Legislation I - Chapter II, Clause II of the Ballot Security Act is amended as such (with changes made explicit):
2.2NoNeither the returning officer nor any Cabinet Minister who possesses a permissions set which allows them to see live results and/or who has voted before a poll has locked may not divulge the results or list of voters to any person.
