The following legislation is up for scrutiny until 12th November 2019, at which point it shall move to a vote.
The best course of action as it currently stands for the DSA would be to delete the option to censure, this legal measure stems from a time in our history where we were overly-reliant on the charter and viewed the DSA too much as a government instead of a community, being used only few times in our entire history. Both as a community, on our discord server and elsewhere in the charter we have relevant and usefull methods of ensuring that bad behaviour or residents is responsibly dealt with at our disposal.
