Nomination Streamlining Act

Chapter I: General Provisions

1. This act may be referred to as the Nomination Streamlining Act

2. This act will come into force upon its passage.

Chapter II: Discord Admin Nomination

The following changes will be made to Subsection 1.1.1.2 of the Discord Legislative Document, with the text that is crossed out to be removed and the bold to be added

The Administrator shall be nominated by the Minister of Domestic Affairs Cabinet through a supermajority and approved with the consentof Congress pursuant to nomination procedures

Chapter III: Forum Owner Nomination

The following changes will be made to Subsection 3.1.1.2 of the Charter, with the text that is crossed out to be removed and the bold to be added

The Forum Owner shall be nominated by the Secretary-General Cabinet and approved

with the consent of Congress pursuant to nomination procedures. The

Forum Owner may not be part of the Cabinet, the High Judge or the Discord

Administrator.
