Chapter I: General Provisions

1. This act may be referred to as the Ministry Of Justice Orthopraxy, or the MOJO Act.



2. This act will come into force upon its passage.

Chapter II: Ministry Of Justice Orthopraxy Act

1. Crossed through parts shall be removed from, and parts in bold shall be added to 'Subsection 2.2.7 - The Minister of Justice.

Subsection 2.2.7 - The Minister of Justice


1. The Minister of Justice shall be charged with upholding justice and maintaining the rule of law in the DSA.

2. The Minister of Justice's authority and duties include but are not limited to:
● Investigating various claims as requested.
● Auditing Residents for compliance with the Conditions of ResidencyTerms of Residency, regional values and law.
● Formally notifying Residents of their failure to comply with the Conditions of Residency Terms of Residency, regional values and law.
● Ordering ejections of Residents in violation of the Conditions of ResidencyTerms of Residency, regional values and law.
● Assisting Residents with reaching proper compliance with the Conditions of ResidencyTerms of Residency, regional values and law.

3. The Minister of Justice, or another nation as the Minister of Justice may designate, is obligated to help any nation that requests assistance in reaching the requirements of Conditions of Residency Resident upon request, on their way to meet the standards of Terms of Residency and the essences of our regional values and law.
