Brief summary: the legislation is the internal regulation of the NationStates Solidaric Triad Agreements; it clarifies how the appointments of the Solidaric Committee Representative and the NSSTA Moderators work. It also specifies what are the duties of the Council and in particular of the CoDA and CoRP in regards to the three agreements. Finally, there are subsections related to the accountability and transparency of the SC Representative and NSSTA Moderators. The whole legislation adheres strictly to already existing DSA laws.

1. This act may be referred to as NSSTA Legislation of the Assembly Act.
2. This act will come into force upon passage.
