Chapter I: General Provisions
1. This act may be referred to as “Interregional Leadership Act” or the “ILA”

1. Section 2.2.1, Clause 3,
Will be amended to state,
“Councilors may not, from the beginning of their term until the end of service, serve in other Council position in the DSA, serve as a foreign World Assembly Delegate, or serve in the equivalent of the Councilorship of Foreign Affairs on behalf of another non-embassy region during any term of their active service. In addition, a Councilor may not hold the equivalent of their Council position in their respective non-embassy region. However, a resident serving as any equivalent Council positions in an embassy region may not hold that same position in the DSA.”
Will be amended to state,
