Chapter I: General Provisions

1. This act may be referred to as the Statute Of Managing Entities BENEFITING Our Delegation, Yielding Operational Notions Certified Effectively To Organize Leadership & Decorative Mantle Epithets (s.o.m.e.B.O.D.Y.O.N.C.E.T.O.L.D.M.E.) Act or someBODY ONCE TOLD ME Act
2. This act will come into force upon passage.

Chapter II: SOMEBODY ONCE TOLD ME Act

1. In Subsection 3.1.1., the following shall be amended to remove the crossed out text and add the bolded text.

2. The Forum Owner shall be nominated by the Council and approved with the consent of Congress pursuant to nomination procedures. The Forum Owner may not be part of the Council, the High Judge nor the Discord Administrator.

2. In Subsection 3.1.2., the following shall be amended to remove the crossed out text.

1. The Forum shall consist of roles to identify users by the following subdivisions:

● Foreign Visitors

● Foreign Diplomats

● Residents

● Members of Congress

● Ambassadors

● Councilorship-Specific Roles

● Councilor

● The High Judge

● The World Assembly Delegate

● Forum Nation
