Twenty five days ago the Councilor of Justice myself was notified by another Member of Congress about the suspicious activity of a resident, namely the Socialist Northern Epirus (https://www.nationstates.net/nation=socialist_northern_epirus). The allegations against that nation included violations of our Charter and specifically against the very spirit of it, known as Extraordinary Misconduct.
After investigating them on my own, I decided to send a telegram to the said nation, notifying them of their situation and giving them an ultimatum to explain themselves, accompanied by a right defend their actions against the said allegations (the details of which will be mentioned in the cited sent telegram that follows).
Specifically, the telegram was sent twenty four days ago - and still is unanswered -, and includes all the information needed to support the claims against them, claims that the Councilor of Justice myself agrees with as a matter of fact. I cite:
"Good evening member of DSA,
As Councilor of Justice, I was asked by the cabinet to examine some warning signs that sparkle from your nation's activity.
Specifically:
1) During your stay in the region "Theocratic Communist Comintern", you wrote this:
"Hello,I Was In The Communist Bloc,But Those Idiots Were Arguing For LGBTQ And Feminism, Eventually I Got Tired And Left. I Hope This Place Is Better"
This is perceived as particularly Anti-LGBTQI rhetoric, and as behavior, it is completely against the standards, the rules and the ethics of this region as depicted in our Charter.
2) In your factbook/dispatch, which you have currently edited, one could have found this:
"North Epirus Is A Big And Succesful Nation With A Beautiful History,Of Course Because Of Our Greek Ancestry,We Have Basically The Best Nation In The World,Atleast In Terms Of History,After So Many Years Of Tyrrany And Genocide From The Stinky Albgaynians And British,We Finally Got Our Indepedence From Our Heroic Partisans,ΖΗΤΩ Η ΒΟΡΕΙΟ ΗΠΕΙΡΟΣ!"
This quoted part has been reported to me and the Council as an example of your personal views, which reflect bigotry, homophobia, nationalism, racism and hate speech. All of these accusations are heavy as you can tell.
Therefore, I grant you the privilege of defending yourself over these accusations. You have 48 hrs to respond to this message. A lack of response from your side will immediately be considered as denial to the granted privilege of self-defense. A motion for banjection will be handed to the High Judge right after the passing of the 48hrs.

Based on the lack of defense and the still-standing objections against the said resident, the Councilor of Justice recommends the examination of the given information and the banjection of the user Socialist Northern Epirus.
