Chapter I: General Provisions
1. This act may be referred to as the Establishment of Embassies with 10000 Islands Act, or the 10000s Act.

1. Upon passage, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, if unavailable then a Council Member, will start up the process of establishment of embassies with 10000 Islands.
